Black males in the Bay Area disproportionately experience systemic barriers to the training and employment opportunities necessary to build a higher quality of life. The ​Hidden Genius Project trains and mentors black male youth in technology​ creation​, entrepreneurship and leadership skills to transform their lives and communities. With our grant, The Hidden Genius Project will launch a multi-year intensive program to train an additional 100 young men, and will serve a total of 2000 youth over the next three years.
