To combat the digital divide in the Romanian SMB sector, Digital Nation is creating a matchmaking program that connects its growing community of more than 1600 young digital and tech experts in need of employment with SMBs that are in need of hands-on expertise. The program aims to lay the foundation for a sustained national growth stream — with training on performance education and strategic entrepreneurship as the main drivers of growth.
