The Ready to Work program is an integrated, revenue-generating economic development and housing model that addresses homelessness through the power of paid work in social enterprise. Seventy-five percent of our trainees graduate with mainstream jobs and independent housing. We will scale our impact by sharing our model with communities who seek a work-first solution to break cycles of homelessness, incarceration and joblessness.
