Hmong American Farmers Association is a membership-based nonprofit that advances the economic prosperity of Hmong farming families in Minnesota. Our project melds our traditional support of Hmong farmers with an innovative, community-supported agricultural approach to hunger relief. By working with community institutions, we can bring our culturally appropriate, locally grown food to low-income, food-insecure families.
