Expand Tech Dump’s work readiness training program for adults with a history of incarceration and addiction, through the addition of a leadership institute to equip our trainees to be community leaders
Tech Dump works with adults who are facing barriers to employment by training and employing them in our electronics recycling and refurbishing operation. We help them develop marketable, transferable skills that can lead to multiple career pathways and living-wage employment. Through our on-the-job program, trainees learn valuable skills and acquire in-demand certifications while working in our electronics recycling and refurbishing warehouse.
