Greater Omaha Worklab (GrOW) is a workforce retention program that’s providing the next generation of employer benefits. We partner with employers and nonprofits to embed our on-site GrOW Navigators to help people address the personal hardships that follow them to work. Our status as an independent resource allows us to maintain confidentiality, build trust and use our knowledge of community resources to enable employees to thrive and businesses to grow.
