ARISE, an innovative workforce development program from the Nevada Institute for Autonomous Systems, combines STEM training, work experience, mentorship, and a new resiliency perspective to help underserved young adults succeed in complex environments, such as the autonomous systems industry. ARISE embeds this new resiliency perspective in each phase of the program to help graduates cope with the challenges, barriers, or crises they face in everyday life.
