Easterseals’ Fast-TRAC (Fast Training and Certification) program is a viable solution to the community-wide poverty and unemployment problem facing youth in Cincinnati. Fast-TRAC provides up to 150 low-income individuals with 13 weeks of credentialed training and hands-on practical experience, followed by direct employment in the construction trade – one of the most in-demand industries locally.
