Getting Ahead while Getting Out is a curriculum where incarcerated youth build skills and create individualized post-release plans. The expansion services will include employability certifications, post-release services, and curriculum trainings for caregivers as a part of a two-generational approach, reducing recidivism, increasing employment retention, and strengthening families and communities.
