75% of formerly incarcerated individuals are still unemployed a year after release. ReMerge provides an opportunity to change that trajectory through their Second Chance Employer program. ReMerge will use their grant to form partnerships with at least 20 new employers by 2020, enabling justice-involved individuals to re-enter the workforce and providing new employee pipelines for local businesses.
