In France, 65% (or roughly 10M) people under the age of 20 live in rural areas, small towns, or otherwise hard-to-reach areas, facing significant career disadvantages compared to their urban peers.
Chemins d’avenirs is seeking to open doors to opportunity for these demographics via a gamified web app, ‘OMI’ (Orientation, Motivation, Inspiration). This app leverages online quizzes, videos and immersive activities to help students identify future career paths.
The organisation aims to support more than 500,000 users by 2030, improving self-confidence and empowering these young people to pursue meaningful careers aligned to their skill sets and interests.
