Many young people from underserved neighbourhoods across France face discrimination and exclusion due to their socioeconomic status and ethnic background. This limits their job prospects and potential for a better future. Meanwhile, diversity and inclusion efforts by recruiters face various sourcing obstacles to access diverse and suitable candidates.
GHETT’UP hopes to overcome these barriers by supporting both candidates and recruiters via an AI web app designed to facilitate direct sourcing for recruiters and provide tailored coaching, training and professional opportunities for job seekers.
By 2026, GHETT’UP aims to support 5,000 job seekers and 500 recruiters from cities all across France such as Paris, Marseille, Metz, Thionville, and Nantes to improve confidence, employability, and inclusivity amongst some of the country’s most vulnerable demographics.
