According to the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Integration, more than 500,000 young people in France, aged 16-25, have sought support in securing stable, high-quality employment in the last year alone. Hundreds of thousands more remain without critical access to job training and placement services.
Missions Locales wants to close this gap by redeveloping their mobile app, ‘MaMissionLocale’, and consolidating the support services delivered across their network of youth centres to assist young people in securing local internships, jobs, and apprenticeship opportunities.
The organisation aims to connect as many as 150,000 app users to mentors and recruiters, helping more than 100,000 young people to secure formal job offers and scaling to more regions such as Auvergne -Rhône-Alpes, Brittany, Hauts de France, Île-de-France, Occitanie, Pays de la Loire, Normandy, PACA, Grand Est, Corsica, Center Val de Loire, and Burgundy Franche-Comté.
