Older populations (60+) in Czechia are more likely to be digitally excluded than other demographics. They often struggle to access timely support when they encounter issues with their devices or accounts.

Moudrá Síť is a web application designed to help these individuals safely and effectively operate their devices. It does so by connecting them with accredited ‘digital assistants’ who can help them resolve their issues either remotely, or in person at their homes, local partner organisations and libraries.

By 2033, the organisation aims to support more than 100,000 citizens, building digital literacy, confidence, and self-sufficiency, as well as strengthening the links to critical online services such as government assistance, financial, and health services.
