Providing real-time information on social assistance services to social workers and vulnerable populations via an integrated and accessible online platform
In France, reliance on food aid has risen by over 50% in the past decade, yet only one third of the 9 million people below the poverty line have access to such assistance due to a lack of centralised and accurate information.
Solinum is tackling this challenge by strengthening and expanding ‘Soliguide’, a free platform that offers comprehensive, up-to-date, and real-time information on all local social assistance facilities and services such as food aid and legal assistance via web, app, chat, widget, and API.
By streamlining technological infrastructure, Solinum aims to scale across France (beyond the 33 regions it currently is in) to support the 9 million vulnerable people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, and at least 25,000 social workers who directly support them.
