About the project:
Akilah will provide a training and job-matching program to place marginalized women in internships and jobs with U.S. corporate partners and other businesses in Africa. Women will participate in an introductory program to improve their English and digital literacy skills, followed by a training certificate in Information Systems, Hospitality Management and Tourism, or Business Management.

About the organizations:
The Akilah Institute Rwanda is part of the Davis College community in Rwanda and exists to support global education, with and focus on women’s leadership and career development.

Akola Academy offers holistic training, setting women on a pathway to self-sufficiency.
