About the project:
Incluyeme.com will train 600 women and girls with disabilities from 9 countries in Latin America with the aim of improving their employability and closing the gender and disability gap in the technology industry. Upon graduation, these women will be connected with companies looking to hire talent and with freelance job platforms such as Workana. Simultaneously, Incluyeme.com will create tools to identify the biases that prevent women with disabilities from leveraging technology for their employability.
About the organizations:
Incluyeme.com believes in a world where people with disabilities can live a whole life, gaining access to health, education, social protection, and jobs without barriers.
Workana is the largest freelance and remote work platform in Latin America.
