About the project:
Through customizable learning “tracks'' with teacher and volunteer support and by creating a “qualified profile” on socialbee’s open job platform, refugee women will be guaranteed an interview with a socialbee partner company in industries such as warehousing logistics, food services, project management and marketing.
About the organization:
socialbee enables the sustainable labor market integration of refugees, migrants, people with disabilities, and other disadvantaged people by running qualification and employment programs with corporations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
