About the project:
SwaTaleem and Humane Warriors will provide education to historically underrepresented 10-16 year old girls in India. Using audio files that can be played through speaker phones (no internet needed), girls will have access to skills in math, science and financial awareness, including topics such as opening a bank account. The app brings together parents, teachers, government, and the girls to create an ecosystem to support the girls’ education.

About the organizations:
SwaTaleem works towards increasing decision making and foundational skills in underrepresented adolescent girls, and develops schools that provide high-quality education for a better future for these girls.

Humane Warriors was created to respond to the immediate need in India during the COVID-19 lockdown. Humane Warrior delivers effective actions for humanity to fight towards social and environmental equity.
